Google Calendar 

Google Calendar is a cloud calendar, it means no matter where you are, you can always access to your calendar all the time through any computers or mobile devices and you can choose and share events with your colleagues, team mates or friends.

You also can create different categories in your calendar such as “End of month deadline” , “Meeting with Clients” or  “Friend catch up”, “Movie night” …you name it, and each one can be highlighted in different colors and customized, it also allows you to decide who can edit or just view it only. Google Calendar also can be customized to send you email reminders in advance by minutes or hours , it’s totally up to you.

If you have regular meeting or deadline, for example at 10am - 11:30 am each Tuesday, Google Calendar will automatically show up every week. This proves to be a huge upgrade over having to manually enter all of the information. You can also delete a single event without messing up the schedule.

More important Google calendar is compatible with different mobile operation system such as Andriod, iOS, Window, Blackberry... any mobile devices in the market. So no matter what kind of mobile phone you have and where you are, you are always on track by using Google Calendar.

Google docs

Without a doubt, Google docs has changed the game in office suite world which was dominated by Microsoft for more than two decades, Google Docs could deliver the office suite your business needs and all for free, it offers a great opportunity to small businesses that want to reduce their start-up and running costs. Once you have created a Gmail account you can begin to create, store and most importantly, share the documents you have created with the people you want.

As Google Docs is based on internet, your business no longer needs to concern itself with data storage or backup as this is handled by Google.  You could access, create or edit your documents on Google docs by mobile phone, tablet or any computers.

Google Docs is fully compatible. With Google Docs you can convert most file types to Google Docs format, and you are able to view your documents' revision history and roll back to any version you created before, in addition you can export Google Docs to your desktop as Word, OpenOffice, RTF, PDF, HTML or zip files.

Another great thing about Google docs is you are able to invite other people to collaborate on a doc with you by giving them edit or view access, and it is online in real time so everyone could chat with each other and see the docs are being editing by others.

In one word, Google Docs can provide  you much more freedom and flexibility to do something which you couldn't do before.
